
Purchase InformationTo purchase items displayed on this website or custom made by the artist, please phone, write, or send an email to the artist at Kristi@KristiLynGlass.com describing the item(s) you wish to purchase. If in stock, the items will be reserved for you and marked "Sale Pending" on the website until your payment is received and processed and your order has shipped. Payment may be made by PayPal, credit card, or money order. Instructions for payment by PayPal or credit card: Payment via these methods can easily be accomplished via PayPal's secure servers. Contact the artist via email indicating which item(s) you wish to purchase. She will send you an email invoice via PayPal that you may pay with either PayPal or a major credit card via secure links in the emailed invoice. You may also place your PayPal or credit card order by phone. Instructions for payment by money order: Make money orders payable to "Kristi Lyn Glass." Send money order payment via US Mail along with a copy of the email(s) describing your requested purchase to: Kristi Lyn Glass Orders paid for by money order will be shipped upon cashing of the money order or as soon thereafter as the order is ready to ship, if not currently in stock. ShippingOrders typically are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to US addresses. You will be notified via email of the shipping cost, total amount due, and the estimated ship date. Nevada residents will have sales tax added to their orders. ReturnsIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you. Your order must be returned in its original condition and arrive undamaged, so be sure to package it carefully and insure it for the purchase value. Enclose a copy of the packing slip you received with your order and an explanation of why you are returning the item(s). Note that some artwork is framed under glass, and it will be packaged for shipment as carefully as possible to insure that it arrives unbroken. However, there is no guarantee that the glass will not break during shipment. If this happens, it is not an acceptable reason for returning the artwork. We recommend that you acquire the appropriate size glass locally to replace the broken glass. Most frames are designed so you can easily replace the glass yourself. Custom OrdersCustom orders are always welcome! To commission a custom order, please call or email the artist to discuss what you have in mind. Details of your order will then be confirmed in writing to you, typically via email, and you will be notified of the total cost and expected ship date of your order.
