Blue, pearl, and lilac enamel, blue glitter, and a matching iridescent dichroic glass cabochon are covered with a protective layer of clear jewelry quality resin on the aurora borealis mirrored top of this small 7-dose septagonal decorative pillbox. The round cabochon appears to float in the clear resin. Tilt the box to view the rainbow effect on the mirrored surface. Turn the pill dispenser over to access its translucent clear base box. Its 7 compartments have separate hinged lids labeled with raised letters and Braille for the days of the week. Each trapezoidal compartment is 1.125 x .875 x .875 x .375 x approximately .625 inch deep (inside measurements). Externally, the box measures 3 x 3 x approximately 1 inch high. The bottom of the center well on the underside of the box contains another matching dichroic glass cabochon for an added surprise when the box is turned over for use.
