An impressionistic Frodo (the intrepid hobbit from The Lord of the Rings) huddles on the swirled green glass top of this medium 28-dose pill organizer. Four chunks of pale green sea glass mark the box corners. Frodo was a happy accident created by a run-off puddle of green fantasy enamels from another project. The puddle was so intriguing that I coated it with a layer of protective clear resin in preparation for using it as a cabochon embellishment. It wasn’t until I placed it on this green stained glass and viewed it vertically that I saw Frodo so precisely pictured. His face peeks out of his hooded cloak in this side view. His shoulder, elbow, and even his hand are proportionally correct. This pillbox will be perfect for a Lord of the Rings lover or for anyone who appreciates sea glass and/or an intriguing iridescent green puddle.
Turn the pillbox over to access its white plastic base box’s 28 compartments. They sit in 4 rows of 7, labeled for weekly 4-times-daily use. The compartment lids on each row are a different color (yellow, red, blue, and purple). The first/yellow row’s compartments have labels for the days of the week and “MORNING.” Likewise, the second/red row’s compartments have similar labels saying “NOON.” The third/blue row’s compartments say “EVENING,” and the fourth/purple row’s compartments say “BED.”
Compartments have curved bottoms to easily access their contents. The transparent compartment lids are removable for easy cleaning. See the Size Guide for details.
