Custom orders are usually negotiated via e-mail or phone. Photos of custom items are typically e-mailed to you for your approval prior to shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, packaging, transport, and handling. The following shipping charges apply to orders:
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via e-mail of unexpected delays or expected ship dates for custom orders. All shipments are via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic shipments are via USPS Priority Mail if size/weight restrictions allow. International shipments are via USPS First Class Package International. If expedited shipping is desired, inquire for rate quote.
Orders are packaged securely to insure safe shipment to you. When shipping artwork that is under glass or contains glass components, non-breakage during shipment cannot be guaranteed. If such glass arrives broken, please replace it locally at your expense. Most artwork is framed in a manner that allows relatively easy glass replacement.
Gift wrapping is available for most items for a $3.00 per order additional charge, which includes a gift enclosure card. Your gift message should be entered during the checkout process.If you wish to send multiple gifts, each to a different address, please enter each order separately, as only one shipping address per order is allowed.
If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, please contact Kristi Lyn Glass at Kristi@KristiLynGlass.com or (775) 738-3520. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may return the item at your expense in the condition in which it was received for a full refund of the product price less shipping and handling charges. Please pack the item well and ship it via a method that provides shipment tracking.
