Is taking pills a form of “hopium”? The mirrored top of this extra-extra-large (XXL) 14-dose decorative pillbox sports the word Hopium plus two stripes in color-changing foil. The lettering changes color from orange to pink, depending on your viewing angle. The stripes change color from blue to green. Five foil dots on the scalloped stripe change color from purple to pink. A durable layer of clear resin protects the fantasy foiled surface.

Turn the pill dispenser over to access its 7 large compartments. They have separate locking hinged lids labeled with letters and Braille for the days of the week. You press a button at the end of the box to unlock and open any of the compartments. (You may remove the locking mechanism, if you want, by opening all the compartments and pulling out the locking bar.) Compartments have curved bottoms for easy access to their contents. Each compartment has a centered removable divider for separating AM and PM doses, as indicated on the compartments’ lids.
