A durable orange glitter-filled layer of clear jewelry quality resin protects the entire glass top, giving it a 3D look. The glittery orange areas look a bit like fallen leaves. The pill organizer’s under side has two rows of 7 compartments, each with separate hinged lids labeled with letters for the days of the week. Compartments have curved bottoms so their contents can be easily dispensed. The base part of the pill box is solid white, but the lids are transparent blue.
