This whimsical suncatcher/necklace by Kristi Lyn Glass features glittery pink, blue, aqua, purple, and silver wooden stars embedded in translucent gray and ivory UTEEite*. Harmonious glass beads and stars dangle below, like rain falling from a dazzling cloud. The suncatcher is equally beautiful from either side. The glitter on the stars does not show up well in the photos. but it is lovely in hand. A glittery aqua cord suspends the suncatcher 14″. Glass beads enhance the connections of the cord to the hanging. A sliding round purple glitter bead adjusts the length of the hanging cord when the suncatcher is used as an eye-catching necklace. Another aqua glass bead weights the cord end as it dangles down your back. It also prevents the purple bead from sliding off the cord. The cloud and dangles measure approximately 7″ wide x 5.5″ high. The UTEEite is about 1/4″ thick.
*UTEEite gets its name much like Fordite does, though UTEEite is made of ultra thick embossing enamel (UTEE). See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fordite for more information about Fordite.
