Keys to Happiness and Healthy Relationships, a 12-session workshop for women seeking positive life changes, will begin Monday, Jan. 13, at Vitality Unlimited, 1250 Lamoille Hwy., Suite 208 (next to Gene Russell Photography), in Elko, NV.
Led by workshop developer Kristi Glass and sponsored by nonprofit Vitality Center, the workshop will meet from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on twelve Mondays through Mar. 31. The workshop teaches critical life skills and helps participants understand their relationship history, improve communications, effectively set boundaries, and better handle anger, unmet expectations, criticism, intimacy, and more.
Cost is $20 per session with a $15 discount off the $240 workshop price if the tuition for all 12 sessions is paid at the first session. Credit cards accepted by prior arrangement. Vocational rehabilitation, DWSS, the Elko Band Council, and other social service agencies may provide tuition help for their clients.
