I will be the Featured Artist at the Elko County Art Club Gallery, 469 Fourth St., in Elko, Nevada, Aug. 29 through Sept. 28. The public is invited to my Artist’s Reception from 4-7 p.m. Sat., Sept. 8, during the Downtown Business Association’s Wine Walk. I will be doing an encaustic (melted wax) painting demonstration during the reception.
I’ve taken over a full room in the gallery’s new downtown location. In addition to over 20 of my works of fine art and numerous prints and notecards, the show will include some of my artisan jewelry, stained glass embellished multi-day pillboxes, suncatchers, and BuddyBells™ and SteedBeads™ (jingling necklaces for pets and horses).
